Stamp & Key is a relocation agency. We are not a law firm or a tax adviser, and nothing on this website is legal or tax advice.

Visa decisions

Visa and extension decisions are made by Thai embassies, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Immigration Bureau. We prepare and check applications carefully, but we cannot guarantee an outcome.

Information on this website

We check visa rules and costs regularly and show the date we last did. Rules change, and offices apply them differently. Always confirm with us, or the authority, before acting.

Fees

Our fees are agreed in writing before work starts and paid in full at sign-up. If a visa application we filed is refused, we refund the fee, minus government filing fees, which are not refundable. Other third-party costs are separate and paid at cost.
